Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before using BitQate's hosting services.

1. Service Terms

  • 1.1. BitQate provides web hosting and game server hosting services with RAM BURST technology.
  • 1.2. By using our services, you agree to these terms and conditions.
  • 1.3. We reserve the right to modify these terms with 30 days notice via email.
  • 1.4. Users must be at least 18 years old or have parental consent.
  • 1.5. Each account must be associated with a valid email address and payment method.

2. RAM BURST Technology

  • 2.1. Standard Plan provides 1 core with 4GB RAM baseline, with potential bursts up to 6GB in high-demand situations.
  • 2.2. Premium Plan provides 2 cores with 8GB RAM baseline, with potential bursts up to 10GB when needed.
  • 2.3. RAM allocation is guaranteed at the baseline level for your plan.
  • 2.4. Burst capacity activates automatically during high-demand periods and is not guaranteed.
  • 2.5. Resource monitoring ensures fair burst allocation across all users.
  • 2.6. Burst duration is limited and based on actual resource requirements.

3. Service Level Agreement

  • 3.1. We guarantee 99.9% uptime for all hosting services.
  • 3.2. Scheduled maintenance will be announced 48 hours in advance.
  • 3.3. Service credits are issued for downtime exceeding our SLA: 5% credit for each 30 minutes of downtime.
  • 3.4. DDoS protection up to 1Tbps is included in all hosting plans.
  • 3.5. Network latency is monitored and optimized continuously.

4. Acceptable Use

  • 4.1. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to:
  • - Cryptocurrency mining
  • - Botting or automated scripts that strain resources
  • - Hosting malicious content or malware
  • - DDoS attacks or network abuse
  • 4.2. Resource usage must not consistently exceed plan limits.
  • 4.3. Hosting illegal content will result in immediate termination.
  • 4.4. Reselling or subdividing resources is not permitted.

5. Payment Terms

  • 5.1. All prices are in USD and billed monthly or annually.
  • 5.2. Annual subscriptions receive a 10% discount.
  • 5.3. Refunds are processed within 7 days of cancellation.
  • 5.4. Service is automatically suspended after 3 days of payment failure.
  • 5.5. Data is retained for 14 days after service suspension.

6. Data Protection

  • 6.1. We follow industry standards for data security including:
  • - End-to-end encryption
  • - Regular security audits
  • - Automated backup systems
  • 6.2. Customer data is backed up daily and retained for 30 days.
  • 6.3. Personal information is handled as per our privacy policy.
  • 6.4. Users maintain full ownership of their hosted content.

7. Service Termination

  • 7.1. We may terminate service immediately for:
  • - Violation of acceptable use policies
  • - Non-payment after grace period
  • - Fraudulent activity
  • 7.2. Users may terminate service at any time.
  • 7.3. Prorated refunds are issued for unused service time.
  • 7.4. Data is permanently deleted 30 days after termination.
