Your servers, from the terminal.

The bitqate CLI creates, deploys and manages your servers and VPSes. Install it, give it a token, and you're set up in a minute.

01

Install it

Needs Node 20 or later.

$ npm i -g @bitqate/cli

02

Create an API token

In the dashboard, open Settings → API and create a token. Pick only the scopes you need: for example servers:read lists servers, servers:power restarts them, and servers:delete removes them. Set an expiry for anything used in automation.

Create a token

03

Log in

The CLI asks for the token without echoing it, checks it against the API and saves it to ~/.config/bitqate.

$ bitqate auth login

In CI or on a headless machine, pipe the token in instead, or set BITQATE_TOKEN.

$ printf '%s' "$TOKEN" | bitqate auth login --token-stdin

04

Run your first commands

$ bitqate servers list$ bitqate vms list$ bitqate servers create

On a terminal, create opens a guided wizard. Add --json to any command for machine-readable output, and run bitqate schema to describe every command to an AI agent. Every command has --help.

Going further.

Profiles, scripting and CI, deploys from git, and the full command and scope reference are in the docs.
